Monthly email reminder system for Dr. P's practice management checklist.

Purpose​

On the 1st of each month, Dr. P can send herself a comprehensive checklist email covering everything that needs attention.

Email Contents​

The monthly email includes:

Wellness Checks to Schedule​

  • All wellness checks due this month and next month
  • Shows: patient name, check type, target date
  • Highlights "THIS MONTH" items

Billing Changes — Update EMR​

  • All upcoming tier transitions
  • Shows: patient name, current fee, new fee, tier name, effective date
  • Formatted as TODO items

Revenue Snapshot​

  • Active patient count
  • Monthly revenue
  • Annualized revenue

Prospect Follow-ups​

  • All active prospects with notes and pipeline stage

Already-Scheduled Items​

  • Items that have been scheduled (for reference/confirmation)

Email Preview​

The full email is previewed below the send buttons, showing exactly what will be sent. Formatted as a branded email from "Starlight Pediatrics Patient Manager."

Configuration​

  • Send Reminders To: Configurable email address (default: drp@starlightpediatrics.com)
  • Doctor Name: Used in email greeting
  • Include sections: Toggle which sections appear in the monthly email
