Prospect Card Content
Each prospect card shows:
- Name
- Notes/description
- Due date (if applicable)
- Phone number (if available)
- Age or "DUE [date]" badge
- Edit button
- Stage advancement arrows
Actions
- + Add Prospect — Opens prospect modal with pipeline-specific fields
- Stage arrows — Move prospect between stages
- ✓ Enroll — Converts prospect to active patient (changes status, removes from pipeline)
- Edit — Opens edit modal for the prospect
Data Flow
Inquiry → Meet & Greet → Scheduled Visit → Ready to Enroll → ✓ Convert to Active Patient
When enrolled:
- Status changes from
prospecttoactive - Pipeline stage is cleared
- Patient appears in the Active patients table
- Tier and fee are auto-calculated from DOB
- Wellness checks are generated
