The 8-screen mobile enrollment flow that turns a marketing-site visitor into a paid Starlight family. Wrapped in a CSS iPhone bezel; only renders correctly at narrow viewport. State machine driven by goto(n).

Data requirements

  • Magic-link table{token, email, family_id_pending, expires_at, used_at}. Single use, 24h TTL.
  • Family registration — atomic create of Family + Guardian + N Patient records.
  • E-sign storage — HIPAA NPP + DPC Membership Agreement stored as signed PDFs with audit log (IP, timestamp, signature image hash).
  • Stripe Setup Intent — no charge; provider activation is what fires the first charge.
  • Calendar reservation — slot held in provider's calendar at step 7.
  • Activation handoff — provider gets a notification in the clinician app's Marketing pipeline ("Tasha Williams · enrollment completed · booked Thu" → Prep action).

Plan pricing (canonical from this prototype)

These are the v1 default plans for a 2-child family. The clinician-app patient list confirms the same monthly tier ($295 / mo for 2-kid families like Martinez and Brock — note the discrepancy with onboarding's $140/mo for 2 kids; either the onboarding flow shows discounted intro pricing or the clinician-app rate is per-child × 2). Reconcile with Erik before committing to v1 numbers.

Notes

  • The flow is fully Spanish-localizable in spirit (Lisa Martinez, Diego, addresses in Austin). No actual i18n in the demo, but copy is short enough to be a small translation surface.
  • Mobile-only by design. There's no desktop layout — the iPhone bezel is the canvas.
  • Step indicators: 8-pip progress dot strip at the top, gold = current.
